This method will be particularly useful for beginners when they enter the way of Meditation, and will facilitate extraordinarily this exercise.
First Meditation.
Subject: The Black Lady.
Effects: Abhorrence.
The practice of this Meditation leads the soul to consider its wrongs and faults, and to abhor them; every perverse act committed by the practitioner becomes a living picture that causes him to suffer and purge his evils.
The subtlest vibration –the potential aspect– is immolated one day on the continuous movement produced by the becoming. She emanates from that time on and Her emanation is activity and life.
Hes' resurrection is the hardest meditation subject, but fundamental for the inner life. Six precedent subjects are nothing more than instruments to achieve the mystical rapture of the spiritual resurrection.
The Old Man hardly lives, even after he developed entirely his possibilities as a human being.
A human being lives; the Old Man hardly lives. Can you consider it an integral life if he lives disconnected from the Divine Source?
Subject: Resurrection of Hes. Effects: Rapture.
An evening, a daybreak, the sight of a tranquil valley from the peak of a mountain, moonbeams over countless sea waves, the pure smile of a child, in short, the whole beauty of the world penetrating and permeating limited boundaries of the individual being, and liberating his soul who, although fleetingly, gets a wonderful glimpse of his identity with the whole Creation.
