On May 23rd of the current year, the newspaper O Globo, of Brazil, through its leading article Second Notebook, has published an “Interview with Marcola of the PCC”. He is Marcos Camacho, chief of the dangerous prison gang of Sao Paulo, named “First Command of the Capital”, which during this year has vandalized that city and its outskirts.
